Kadence is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and uses two categories of IP addresses depending on the service.
1. Static IP Addresses (API & Backend Services)
The following static IP addresses are used for Kadence's backend services. If your organisation requires IP whitelisting for firewalls, proxies, or network security tools, these should be added to your allowlist.
Production β eu-west-1
18.202.155.25
54.220.239.138
54.171.105.23
54.75.142.86
54.228.178.178
Production β us-east-2
16.58.63.111
52.14.197.59
18.218.11.225
3.138.93.131
3.139.172.153
2. AWS CloudFront IP Ranges (Front End & Static Content)
Kadence's front-end application and static content are delivered via AWS CloudFront. CloudFront does not use fixed IPs β instead, it uses a managed range of addresses that Amazon updates regularly.
To whitelist CloudFront traffic, we recommend using Amazon's official IP ranges JSON file, filtering for the CLOUDFRONT service:
Many security tools support automatic ingestion of this JSON file to keep your allowlist up to date.
Important Notes
The static IPs listed above cover backend services only. CloudFront addresses for front-end traffic are managed by AWS and will change over time.
Hardcoding individual CloudFront IPs is not recommended, as this may cause connectivity issues.
If you have specific whitelisting requirements or need help confirming network access, please contact your Kadence administrator or reach out to [email protected].
