

Overview
Employees sometimes arrive onsite without having made a booking through Kadence. This feature ensures they are automatically assigned a workspace and checked in, reducing no-shows and improving occupancy visibility.
Pre-requisites:
Kadence Agent must be enabled and distributed to your users to start utilising automatic booking
Onsite bookings must be enabled in global settings
What is Automatic Booking?
When enabled, Kadence Agent detects a user’s arrival at a building and creates an onsite booking automatically - no manual booking required.
If enabled, users arriving onsite without a prior booking are automatically booked into a space and checked in.
If disabled, users receive a prompt to book manually.
