Overview

Employees sometimes arrive onsite without having made a booking through Kadence. This feature ensures they are automatically assigned a workspace and checked in, reducing no-shows and improving occupancy visibility.

Pre-requisites:
  • Kadence Agent must be enabled and distributed to your users to start utilising automatic booking

  • Onsite bookings must be enabled in global settings

What is Automatic Booking?

When enabled, Kadence Agent detects a user’s arrival at a building and creates an onsite booking automatically - no manual booking required.

  • If enabled, users arriving onsite without a prior booking are automatically booked into a space and checked in.

  • If disabled, users receive a prompt to book manually.
