Can I make a booking using the Kadence Agent?

Currently, you can only check into bookings using the Kadence Agent.

Can I see my bookings for the week?

No, you can only see all of your bookings for the current day on Kadence Agent.

Is the Kadence Agent app tracking my location?

No, Kadence does not request or use location data. Once set up, the Kadence Agent recognizes the public IP addresses of your buildings and does not record the user’s location.

I didn’t manually check in, but it says I am already checked in. How did that happen?

Your company may have automatic check-in enabled for your app. This means that when you arrived at your building, your device connected to the network, and you were automatically checked into your booking without needing to manually check in yourself. Check with your Kadence Administrator if you are unsure.

Why were some of my bookings automatically checked into and others were not?

Currently, you can only be auto-checked into desk, onsite, and private office bookings.

Can I check out of my booking using the Kadence Agent?

Not yet. You will automatically be checked out of your booking at the booking end time unless you log in to the web app to do this manually.

What if the Kadence Agent is in the wrong language?

The language displayed is dictated by your device's operating system language settings. If we do not support that language, then it will default to the language you have selected in your Kadence profile, and this can be updated on the Kadence web app.

Do I have to sign in every time I open my laptop?

No, once you have signed in, you will remain signed into the Kadence Agent. This is unless you log out at any time.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the app?

Yes, you will only be able to sign into the app and check into bookings if you are connected to the internet.

Can I also see guest bookings?

Yes, guest bookings will be included in the bookings you can see on your Kadence agent app.

Can you cancel bookings using the Kadence Agent?

No, the Kadence Agent currently only supports check-ins. You will need to open the web app to do this.

I am not able to manually check into my bookings. Why is that?

Your Kadence admin may have disabled the ability to manually check in and activated the automatic check-in feature to check you into bookings. This means you will only be checked into a booking if you are present in the building at the time of your booking.
