After clicking "Make a booking" or "New booking" you will be brought to the booking flow screen.

The first section of the booking flow is the "Where" section. Here you can:

Select which kind of booking you need. For this example we'll be making a room booking.
Choose the building and floor you want to book on. This will be pre-populated with your preferred workspace if you have one.
Set your minimum capacity to see only rooms that can accommodate your meeting.
You will see an option to generate a meeting link for your meeting. You can leave this untoggled if you want to produce your own meeting link, or if the meeting will be in person.
Ticking amenities will narrow your space selection down to only rooms with those amenities present.

Once you're happy with your selections, click on the "When" tab on the left-hand side.
