The associated calendar field spinning endlessly can be caused by a couple of things. We recommend allowing 24 hours for any newly added calendar integration or room resource calendars to fully sync across to Kadence.

If after 24 hours the associated calendar field is still spinning, please perform the following checks:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise Applications in your directory

  2. Locate Kadence Rooms (or Chargifi WX Rooms) then go to Permissions

  3. Ensure the following permissions are granted:
