To create a Team Kadence:

Navigate to "Directory" from the left-hand menu.
Click on the "Teams" tab, then on the team you would like to edit.
In the team view, click on the three vertical dots on the right-hand side, then "Edit team".
On the right side of the screen, you will see "Team Kadence"
Here you can:
- Set a regular schedule for your team to come into the office (frequency, day of the week or month, etc)
- Suggest the building, floor, and neighborhood for your team to sit together on team days
Once you're happy with the Kadence, click "Save" in the lower right-hand corner.
From the home screen, you and your team will now see the recommendation to schedule bookings for those days.
Keep in mind that Team Kadences are just suggestions and they do not create any bookings for your team.
