Bookings will not sync to Kadence if there is no event organizer, or if the room is not added as the location. You can check to see if your event has an organizer and/or a location by clicking on the event in your calendar. See images:

If your room booking has an organizer and location but is still not syncing to Kadence properly, please reach out to our support team at support@kadence.co.
