The Bookings page gives you a complete view of your upcoming and historical bookings in Kadence.
You can easily:
View bookings for the current week
Look back at past bookings
Check future reservations
See cancelled bookings
Filter by building, floor, or resource type
How to View Your Bookings
Navigate to Kadence → Bookings from the main menu
By default, you’ll see your bookings for the current week
To view a different date or timeframe:
Click the calendar icon
Select a specific date or choose a custom date range in the past or future
Your bookings will update automatically based on your selection.
View Cancelled Bookings
If you’d like to see cancelled bookings:
Toggle on Show Cancelled
Select your preferred timeframe using the calendar
You’ll now see both active and cancelled bookings for that period.
Filter Your Bookings
You can narrow down your booking history using filters.
Go to Bookings from the main navigation
Click the Filter icon
Choose one or more filters:
Resource
Building
Floor
Neighborhood
Booking type
Click Apply
View your updated results instantly
Reset Your Filters
To return to the default view:
Clear individual filters
Or click Clear all
This will reset your booking view to show all results for the selected timeframe.
That’s it. The Bookings page makes it easy to keep track of where you’ve been — and where you’re planning to be next.
