To expand booking visibility for your employees, you can create teams for departments or even a company-wide team for complete visibility. Teams allow your employees to see who is sitting where when they are making a new booking, as well as provides them a calendar view to see who will be coming into the office and when.

To restrict booking visibility, we recommend creating smaller teams of employees so they can only see bookings for those they will be working with directly. Users can still search the directory to see specific users' upcoming bookings, however.
