With the "Capture proof of vaccination," policy enabled, you can prevent unapproved employees from booking in certain or all of your buildings. As a delegated safety admin, you will be able to view and approve or reject uploaded documents by your employees.

To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Directory > Filter by Vaccination status > Click "Pending review" > Apply

  2. Only users that have pending documents uploaded will appear

  3. Click on a user, then click on the "Workplace safety" tab

  4. To view an uploaded document, click on the file name

  5. You can then reject or approve the uploaded document, and add comments to the employee. If you choose to approve a document, you can also add a date of expiration.
