

To grant priority booking access to specific teams, follow the steps below:
For new neighborhoods:
- Go to Buildings > Select your floor > Click on "Add" then "Neighborhood" 
- Enter a neighborhood name, and select the desks from the floor plan you want to be included in this neighborhood 
- Toggle on "Priority" 
- Select the number of days those without priority can book in advance (example: Booking in advance for any desk is 30 days, and you want to give Team A access to the desks in a specific neighborhood priority to book those desks up until 2 days before the start of the booking. Select 2 days and then a member of a team with early access can book 30 days in advance while those without that access who can only book 2 days before the booking would take place.) 
- In the "Add teams to priority booking" field, you can add as many teams as you want to your neighborhood 
- Once a team has been added, you can select which days of the week that team should have priority to the neighborhood 
- Once you're happy with your selections, click "Add" 
For existing neighborhoods:
- Go to Buildings > Select your floor > Click on the three dots (⋮) next to a neighborhood > click "Edit neighborhood" 
- Toggle on "Priority booking" 
- In the "Add teams to the priority booking" field, you can add as many teams as you want to your neighborhood 
- Once a team has been added, you can select which days of the week that team should have priority to the neighborhood 
- Once you're happy with your changes, click "Save"
