To grant priority booking access (early access) to specific teams, follow the steps below:

For new neighborhoods:

  1. Go to Buildings > Select your floor > Click on "Add" then "Neighborhood"

  2. Enter a neighborhood name, and select the desks from the floor plan you want to be included in this neighborhood

  3. Toggle on "Early Access"

  4. Select the number of days those without early access can book in advance (example: Booking in advance for any desk is 30 days, and you want to give Team A access to the desks in a specific neighborhood priority to book those desks up until 2 days before the start of the booking. Select 2 days and then a member of a team with early access can book 30 days in advance while those without that access who can only book 2 days before the booking would take place.)

  5. In the "Add teams to early access" field, you can add as many teams as you want to your neighborhood

  6. Once a team has been added, you can select which days of the week that team should have early access to the neighborhood

  7. Once you're happy with your selections, click "Add"

For existing neighborhoods:

  1. Go to Buildings > Select your floor > Click on the three dots (⋮) next to a neighborhood > click "Edit neighborhood"

  2. Toggle on "Early Access"

  3. In the "Add teams to the early access" field, you can add as many teams as you want to your neighborhood

  4. Once a team has been added, you can select which days of the week that team should have early access to the neighborhood

  5. Once you're happy with your changes, click "Save"
