If you’re experiencing issues with the Kadence Agent, our support team may ask you to provide the Agent log file to help with troubleshooting.
The log file contains diagnostic information about the Agent’s activity and is safe to share with your Kadence administrator or Kadence Support when requested.
How to Find the Log File
Please locate and attach the file named latestversion.log from the appropriate path below, depending on your operating system.
macOS
Open Finder, then use Go → Go to Folder and paste the following path:
~/Library/Logs/Kadence Agent/latestversion.log
Windows
Open File Explorer and paste the following path into the address bar:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Kadence Agent\logs\latestversion.log
What to Do Next
Once you’ve located the file:
Attach latestversion.log to your support ticket or email
Share it with your Kadence administrator, or
Send it directly to Kadence Support if requested
