Prerequisites
Before managing amenities, make sure that you are a Global Admin in Kadence.
Amenities are managed from Settings → Resources → General.
Create a new amenity
Follow the steps below to add a new amenity.
Log in to Kadence
Navigate to Settings
Select Resources, then go to Amenities
Click Add amenity
In the modal:
Enter a name for the amenity
Choose an icon to represent it
Click Add. Tick Add another to easily add multiple new amenities at once
Your new amenity is now available and can be assigned to spaces.
To add this amenity to desks, rooms, or other spaces, follow the steps in the Manage Resources guide. To edit multiple spaces at once, see our Bulk Upload guide.
Edit an amenity
You can update an amenity’s name or icon at any time.
Log in to Kadence
Navigate to Settings → Resources → Amenities
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the amenity you want to edit
Select Edit amenity
Update the name and/or icon
Click Update
The updated amenity can now be reassigned to spaces as needed.
To add this amenity to desks, rooms, or other spaces, follow the steps in the Manage Resources guide. To edit multiple spaces at once, see our Bulk Upload guide.
Delete an amenity
If an amenity is no longer needed, you can delete it.
Log in to Kadence.
Navigate to Settings → Resources → Amenities.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the amenity you want to remove.
Select Delete amenity.
Confirm the deletion in the modal.
Deleting an amenity will remove it from all spaces where it’s currently assigned. This action cannot be undone.
Once deleted, the amenity will no longer appear anywhere in Kadence.
