You can see event details, find the venue, and connect with other attendees before the event takes place.
Events is a paid add-on. If you do not see Events in your navigation, speak to your Global Admin. You can also contact your CSM or email [email protected] to learn more.
Events is available on web, iOS, and Android.
Browse Events
The Events page is where you can explore upcoming events and respond to invitations.
On web:
Navigate to Events from the left-hand menu
Events are shown in chronological order, starting with the next upcoming event
On iOS and Android:
Tap Events from the bottom navigation (or the main menu, depending on your app layout)
Events are shown in the same chronological order as on web
Find events you're interested in by:
Using the search bar to look up keywords or event names
Tapping/clicking the calendar icon to filter by date
Tapping/clicking the filter icon to filter by:
Event type (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
Location
Category
View and RSVP to an event:
Tap/click on an event to open the event details
Review the description, date, time, and location
Tap/click RSVP and choose one of the following:
Yes, in person (for onsite events)
Yes, virtually (if a meeting link is available)
Maybe
No
Your RSVP is saved immediately and can be updated later if needed — from whichever platform (web, iOS, or Android) is most convenient at the time.
My Events
The My events tab shows all events you've been invited to or have responded to, on web and in the mobile apps.
From My events, you can:
Review event details including description, categories, date, time, and time zone
Locate the venue using the interactive map and get directions via Google Maps
See who else is attending and view their RSVP statuses
View the event organisers
Add the event to your Outlook or Google Calendar
Update your RSVP at any time
Copy the event link to share
For invite-only events, sharing is limited to users who have been specifically invited. This applies whether you're sharing from web or mobile.
Using Events on iOS and Android
The mobile apps support the same core Events experience as web — browsing, searching, filtering, viewing details, and RSVPing — so you can respond to an invitation or check who else is attending without needing to be at your desk.
Add-to-calendar works the same way, syncing to whichever calendar app is set up on your device.
Event notifications (new invitations, cancellations, updates) come through the same channels configured in your profile settings — see below.

Event Notifications
You can control how and when you receive event notifications from Kadence.
To manage your event notifications (web or mobile):
Click/tap your profile picture
Go to Settings
Scroll to the Events section
From here, you can enable or disable notifications for:
New event invitations
Event cancellations
Event updates or changes
Notifications can be sent by email, push notification (mobile), or instant messaging, depending on your company's setup. Learn more about notifications in our profile guide.
