Terms and conditions are global and cannot be customized per building.

How Terms and Conditions Work
Terms and conditions are added as a single external link
The link is visible to users when they confirm bookings
Terms apply across the entire Kadence tenant
This is commonly used to link to:
Workplace or office usage policies
Health and safety guidelines
Legal or compliance documentation
Company-wide terms of use
Link Your Terms and Conditions
To add your company terms and conditions:
Log in to Kadence
Navigate to Settings
Select Policies
Under Terms and conditions, add the URL to your hosted terms document
The link can point to any externally hosted page, such as an internal wiki, website, or document portal.
Once saved, users will be able to click and review the terms during the booking confirmation process.
Updating or Removing Terms
You can update the URL at any time to point to a new or revised document
Removing the link will stop terms from being shown during booking
Changes apply immediately across all buildings
For building-specific requirements or acknowledgements, consider using Self-Certification Policies instead.
