What is basic parking?
With basic parking, your users' parking reservations are tied directly to their desk/pod/locker/room/onsite bookings rather than being its own separate reservation. Basic parking spaces are quantitative only, so users will still need to find a place to park when arriving.
Consequently, users won't be able to check parking availability in advance through Offices. However, there is no need for you to set up a floorplan or add parking visuals to your existing floorplans with basic parking.
What is advanced parking?
Advanced parking offers more flexibility and control than basic parking. Your users can book parking spaces separately from their main space reservation.
Advanced parking allows users to view available parking spots through the Offices page, and book a specific spot from your floorplan.
To facilitate this, advanced parking does require its own floorplan or representative spaces integrated into an existing floorplan.
