You can now create deep booking links that open the Kadence booking flow with specific details already filled in.
These links support more precise controls, including targeting individual spaces and floors.
Newly supported URL parameters
floorId– targets a specific floorspaceId– links directly to a specific desk, room, pod, or other resourcetype– defines the resource type (desk, room, pod, parking, etc.)
These work alongside existing parameters:
buildingIddatestartTimeendTime
Why This Matters?
Deep booking links unlock powerful admin use cases across your workplace
Admins can place QR codes on desks so employees can scan and instantly book that exact space
Link employees directly to specific floors, neighborhoods, or rooms from intranet pages or signage
Pre-filled links reduce confusion and ensure employees book the correct space type and location
How It Works
Kadence booking links accept specific parameters that pre-fill the booking flow
Example full booking link
https://kadence.onkadence.co/bookings/new?buildingId=01JZJ6BYFV6CDCEAVMMY998KY2&floorId=01JZJ6CHZZKEBENJX55RGZ9HKH&spaceId=01JZJ6CKA5B2D9XTBWNHGPWPJK&date=2025-07-25&startTime=09:00&endTime=17:00
Generic template
https://yourcompany.onkadence.co/bookings/new?buildingId=1234&floorId=1234&spaceId=1234&date=YYYY-MM-DD&startTime=09:00&endTime=17:00
What users see
When someone opens the link, the booking screen is already filled with:
The correct building
The selected floor
The specific space (for example, a desk or room)
The correct space type
The selected date and time
You can include only the parameters you need. For example, you can link just to a building and date, or fully specify a desk and time range
