To edit a neighborhood:

In Kadence, navigate to Buildings on the left-hand side.
Click on the relevant building and floor.
Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the neighborhood you want to edit, then "Edit neighborhood". Here you can:
- Change the neighborhood name
- Assign/unassign spaces from the neighborhood by clicking them off the floorplan
- Enable/disable priority booking for specific teams. Users not part of the assigned teams will be treated as "non-priority".
  - You can customise the non-priority booking window for each unique space type separately
  - Setting the non-priority window to 0 days unlocks the "From" column setting. The "From" column lets you specify a time from which non-priority users can start booking the specific space type on the current day.
    The "with priority" window is dependent on your global booking in advance setting.
- Restrict the neighborhood to control who can book these desks
  - Toggle on "Make neighborhood public on unassigned days" so that anyone can book a desk in that neighborhood on a day when it's not assigned to any teams.
  - Assign teams to your neighborhood and select which days they can book in that neighborhood.
- Toggle on or off the "Maximum booking duration" setting
  If booking duration is set to 0 hours and 0 minutes, the spaces will be unavailable for all users.
- Toggle on or off the ability to book guest bookings in this neighborhood.
  You will need the Visitor Management System (VMS) feature enabled to see this option.
Once you're happy with your selections, click "Save" in the lower right-hand corner.
