For full visibility, we recommend creating a team called "All Employees" and adding all of your users to that team. Please note that teams with over 500 employees are unsupported and may display bookings incorrectly.

Once a user is in a team, they will be able to see where and when teammates are booking. When a user creates a new booking, booked desks by teammates will appear as orange on the floor plan.
