QR Codes: Create Smart Booking Links

Now it’s easier than ever to guide your team directly to the right desk, room, or floor with pre-filled booking links—perfect for QR codes, quick shortcuts, and internal tools.

What's New?

You can now use deep links that include more precise controls for booking. These links can open the booking flow with specific fields already filled in—saving time and simplifying the experience.

We’ve added support for the following parameters in booking URLs:

• floorId – to target a specific floor

• spaceId – to link to a specific desk, room, or pod

• type – to define what type of resource the booking is for (e.g. desk, room)

These are in addition to the previously supported:

• buildingId

• date

• startTime

• endTime
