Through our partnership with LiquidSpace, Kadence helps hybrid teams coordinate where they work—whether that’s in the office, remotely, or in flexible spaces around the world.

With Kadence Flex and LiquidSpace, you can:

  • Instantly book on‑demand flexible workspaces globally

  • Help teams coordinate in‑person collaboration across offices and flex spaces

  • Centralise booking data and attendance metrics to optimise real‑estate spend

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, make sure that:

Set Up the LiquidSpace Integration

You must already have a LiquidSpace account.

Before enabling the integration, make sure you have completed your setup in LiquidSpace, including:

  • Adding users

  • Setting spend limits

  • Configuring allowed space types

This ensures authorised users can start booking immediately once the integration is active.

To connect LiquidSpace to Kadence please reach out to your CSM or [email protected] for help enabling the integration on your account.

Adding and Managing Users

When a Kadence user books a flex space, the LiquidSpace booking widget opens automatically.

Here’s how user access works:

  • Existing LiquidSpace users

    • Can log in using their existing LiquidSpace credentials

  • Users without a LiquidSpace account

    • Will have an account created automatically using their Kadence email address

    • Are added to the Default Team in LiquidSpace

    • A LiquidSpace admin can move them to another team if required

New users must complete the Forgot Password flow on the LiquidSpace website to set a password before logging in via the widget.

What Happens Next?

Once enabled:

  • Kadence users can book LiquidSpace flex locations directly from Kadence

  • Bookings are tied to your LiquidSpace account and permissions

  • Flex usage and attendance data is visible alongside office bookings

View our end user guide on using LiquidSpace in Kadence for help making your first booking.

Browser Requirements & Known Limitations

The LiquidSpace booking widget does not support Safari by default

If users are booking via Safari, they must either:

  • Switch to another browser (recommended), or

  • Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy and disable “Prevent cross‑site tracking”
