Book spaces, check who's in, and invite visitors without leaving ChatGPT. Once you've connected your Kadence account, just ask.

Using Kadence in ChatGPT is currently in beta and isn't available for every organization yet. If you don't see Kadence in ChatGPT, contact your workplace or IT admin.

Before You Start

Your organization's admins need to set up Kadence in ChatGPT first.
You need a ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, or Edu account through work to make bookings and other changes.
Connect your account in ChatGPT on the web. After that, you can also use Kadence in the ChatGPT mobile app.

On ChatGPT Pro, you can only look up information. Bookings and other changes aren't available.

Connect Your Account

In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps.
Find Kadence and connect it.
Sign in with your Kadence login or SSO and approve access.

ChatGPT can only do what you can already do in Kadence. Your usual permissions and booking rules still apply.

Start Using Kadence in ChatGPT

Start a new chat.
Select Kadence from the tools menu, or mention Kadence in your message.
Ask for what you need.

Here are a few things to try:

"What have I got booked this week?"
"Book me a room for 4 people at 3pm tomorrow."
"Who from my team is in the office on Thursday?"
"Invite a visitor for 10am on Monday."

ChatGPT may ask you to confirm before it makes a booking or other change. Check the details before you confirm.

Good to Know

Select Kadence for each message: If a follow-up question needs fresh information from Kadence, select or mention Kadence again.
Use a normal chat: Kadence doesn't work in ChatGPT agent mode.

FAQs

I can't find Kadence in my ChatGPT apps.

Your organization may not have set it up yet, or it may not be available to you. Contact your workplace or IT admin.

Kadence was working, but now some requests fail.

Kadence may have been updated since it was set up in ChatGPT. Ask your ChatGPT admin to refresh the Kadence app.

Can I use Kadence in the ChatGPT mobile app?

Yes. Once you've connected your account on the web, you can use Kadence in the ChatGPT mobile app, including making bookings.
