To restrict neighborhood access to specific teams, follow the steps below:

For new neighborhoods:

  1. Go to Buildings > Select your floor > Click on "Add" then "Neighborhood"

  2. Enter a neighborhood name, and select the desks from the floor plan you want to be included in this neighborhood

  3. Toggle on "Restrict neighborhood access"

  4. In the "Assign teams to neighborhoods" field, you can add as many teams as you want to your neighborhood

  5. Once a team has been added, you can select which days of the week that team should have access to the neighborhood

  6. Once you're happy with your selections, click "Add"

For existing neighborhoods:

  1. Go to Buildings > Select your floor > Click on the three dots (⋮) next to a neighborhood > click "Edit neighborhood"

  2. Toggle on "Restrict neighborhood access"

  3. In the "Assign teams to neighborhoods" field, you can add as many teams as you want to your neighborhood

  4. Once a team has been added, you can select which days of the week that team should have access to the neighborhood

  5. Once you're happy with your changes, click "Save"
