Prerequisites:

You must have a Google or Outlook calendar integration enabled

Rooms are linked to your calendaring system's rooms resources. Rooms are typically booked for shorter periods of time, and can be used to invite multiple participants. In the room configuration page, you can control the following settings:

Enable/disable the ability to book rooms in Kadence
Disabling room booking while still having an active integration will mean that events in Outlook/Google will still appear in Kadence.
Booking in Advance: How far in advance users can book rooms
Concurrent Bookings: Limit the number of rooms one user can book at once
Auto-Release: Cancel booking if users do not check-in after a certain time
Hide Personally Identifiable Information: Prevent users from seeing booking details of bookings they are not associated with
Catering: Allow your users to request catering services when booking rooms

Click "Save" once you're happy to apply changes to all of the rooms in your Kadence system.
